PRINCIPAL ROLE SHALL BE TO MANAGE, ADVISE AND REPORT TO THE CLIENT ON:
- progress and adequacy of planning and design process
- tender and contract documentations
- contract administration
- construction progress
All aspects of local requirements shall be taken into consideration blended with the appropriate internationally accepted practices.
A high degree of professionalism shall be applied and maintained in rendering the services throughout the duration of the project.
COMPONENTS OF SERVICES
- Prepare and formulate overall development brief
- Advise on full project team setup
- Alternative conceptual and design proposals
- Preparing cost estimates and cash flow projections
- Overall project schedules / work program
- Review potentials and constraints
- Review full detailed technical proposals on Layout Planning, Architectural and Engineering
- Assistance in obtaining planning, building and engineering approvals
- Coordination and supervising of works with all consultants, contractors and supplier
- Coordinating liaison with local authorities with respects to submission of plans for approval
- Project cost control and implementation
- Quality control and management
